Bacon and Turkey Frided Rice

Have you tried this before - bacon and turkey fried rice? Chinese fried rice had a perfect combination of chicken and ham. But I like the crispyness of bacon and turkey as well. So I do this experiment today and am successful. Here is my yummy fried rice.

1. Beat one egg
2. Cut bacon and turkey into medium square sheets
3. Brown the bacon
4. Heat a pan and add egg
5. Add turkey and plain rice
6. Add bacon, stir well and dish up
Note: Cantonese cooking is usually light in flavour. Add a few drops of soy sauce as you wish.
