May 4 Dim Sum Lunch

Today is May 4th Movement 89th Anniversary. Well, it has nothing to do with eating, but it is a Sunday, so I go on a dim sum lunch, as usual. Tanyoto serves authentic Sichuan cuisine, however with some localised Cantonese dim sum. Today I have a combination of both and some of the dishes really look nice and tastes yummy.

Baked Oyster with Red Wine 紅酒焗生蠔
HK$48 (US$6.2) Sunday special price

Spicy Wanton - Sichuan Style 紅油抄手
HK$18 (US$2.3)
Sweet Dumpling with Sesame Pastry Filling - Cantonese 擂沙湯丸
