Anna's comment: The only Hunan cuisine restaurant in Hong Kong. Its main shop is at Exchange Square in Central. Some of the dishes are similar to Beijing and Shanghai. Somewhat a high-end restaurant, price-wise.
Hunan Fried Chicken in Chilli Sauce 左宗棠鷄
Signature Hunan dish. Extremely hot and spicy.
Spicy gravy can be served separately upon request.
Fish Fillets with Fried Minced Bean 洞庭豆酥魚Terribly lousy presentation, if you compare with the photo on the menu.
Why does two cubes of fish need such a big dish?

Again, why is a big bowl needed for small content?
