Anna's comment: This is an authentic Cantonese festival dinner. The foods are usually more prestigious and not generally used on an everyday basis. It is a set menu, one price inclusive of drinks and service charge. Many restaurants in Hong Kong provide this kind of set menu at dinner time, in order for guests to have a better control of expenses.
