Anna's comment: Main course is cooked to order. I have a bowl of soup, a dish of fried rice and a cup of lemon tea. It can be tea, coffee or soft drink. Fast food shops usually charge a couple of $ more if you order cold drinks to go with your dinner/lunch set.
