Hi anna! I've been to Hong Kong last week. It's my first time to go to Hong Kong and i've been introduced to many yummy chinese dishes which i liked so much. Now, I want to learn chinese cooking hong kong style. Can you tell me where I can get recipes? especially cantonese dim sum? particularly the hakaw and the ham sui kok! I love them so much! Thanks in advance for your reply.

On the left hand side bar of my blog, you will find a number of my favourite chefs and their recipes. Martin Yan is a typical Hong Kong Chef. May be you would want to check his website and learn to cook some dishes.
